
AI4ALL is a national nonprofit dedicated to increasing diversity and inclusion in artificial intelligence by creating educational and mentorship programs that equip historically excluded students with responsible AI skills, leadership capabilities, and networks to advance AI for social good.

AI4ALL Ignite is a cutting-edge, no-cost program designed to equip U.S. undergraduate students with hands-on AI skills, industry experience, and career readiness for AI internships and early career roles. Participants gain:
Practical experience through AI Technical Portfolio Projects
Industry-specific career readiness guidance and technical interview training
Mentorship and networking with AI professionals, recruiters, and industry volunteers
Recognition with a Certificate of Completion
This program is ideal for students who want to build real-world AI experience and develop a strong professional network in the AI and tech industry.
Semester 1 (13 weeks):
AI Technical Portfolio Project – work on real-world AI problems to create a project for your professional portfolio
Semester 2 (7 weeks):
AI Industry Career Readiness & Technical Interview Training
Resume and LinkedIn optimization
Training in answering AI, data, and problem-solving questions effectively
One-Day Virtual Symposium (Semester 2):
Present your project and engage with peers, mentors, and industry leaders
By completing AI4ALL Ignite, participants will:
Earn a certificate from AI4ALL recognizing their achievement
Build an industry-ready portfolio of AI projects
Gain mentorship, career coaching, and networking opportunities with AI professionals
Be prepared to secure internships or early career roles in AI and related fields
Applicants must:
Be at least 18 years old at the time of application
Be a U.S. resident
Be enrolled in an undergraduate or associate degree program in a technical major (Computer Science, Data Science, or related)
Have basic programming skills (Python or other language)
Have foundational knowledge in Probability, Statistics, and Linear Algebra
