Position Overview
The Generative AI Technical Writing/Training Specialist will simplify technical details about generative AI utilities, tools, and workflows into easy-to-understand documentation and educational materials. This role combines technical expertise, creativity, and communication skills to ensure users and teams can effectively apply AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Translate complex AI and ML concepts into clear, concise materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop user guides, technical documentation, FAQs, and training materials for generative AI tools.
Create multi-format educational resources (visual, written, audio, and video).
Collaborate with AI engineers, product developers, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy.
Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously update materials based on product enhancements and user feedback.
Ensure consistency with brand tone, documentation standards, and accessibility requirements.
Support end users with troubleshooting resources and onboarding documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in technical writing or documentation for AI, ML, or software systems.
Strong ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with content creation tools such as Markdown, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Familiarity with generative AI models, machine learning, or related technologies.
Experience creating multi-format learning materials (text, visuals, video, audio).
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Skilled in facilitating training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with GPT, LLMs, or other generative AI utilities.
Experience using LMS (Learning Management Systems).
Knowledge of visual storytelling tools such as Figma, Canva, or Articulate.
Familiarity with Agile workflows and version control (Git).
